Distinguished Service Awards are presented annually at the Fall Conference to Chamber executives and staff who have completed ten years of Chamber work. Additional awards are given upon completion of each additional five years of service. Years of service will include all years in Chamber work, not just in Illinois.

Chamber executives and staff members who qualify for the Distinguished Service Award should complete the following application and return it to the IACCE Board of Directors, 215 E. Adams, Springfield, IL 62701, no later than 2 weeks before Fall Conference.
