Wins Master Communicator Award!
On
March 23, 2006, IACCE was awarded the 2006 Master Communicator
Award of Excellence in the special events category sponsored
by the Public Relations Society of America Central Illinois
Chapter and Association of Women in Communication's Springfield
and Bloomington Chapters. The Master Communicator
Awards are given annually to companies and associations
who demonstrate outstanding public relations programs,
events, conferences, and other communication related materials.
The Award of Excellence was the highest award achievable
based on judges remarks and scores.
IACCE
President, Elizabeth Fiala, was present at the awards dinner
to accept this honor on behalf of the association for the
2005 Fall Conference. Fiala said, "I am extremely
proud of the association's hard work, leadership, and creativity.
As President, I serve as another piece of the puzzle in
this volunteer driven organization. IACCE remains
a vital resource of education and professional development
to chamber professionals throughout the state."
