Event Overview

Join us for Better Together: IACCE Fall Conference, on Wednesday, November 2 through Friday, November 4 in Bloomington, Illinois. We  welcome all chamber professionals from chambers of all sizes working in the events, programs and communications areas. Learning and discussion will take place in workshops, general sessions, smaller breakouts, and peer-led roundtables. 


Conference Schedule:

  • Tuesday, November 1: Fun dinner at Bakery and Pickle planned for Tuesday arrivals
  • Wednesday, November 2: Day begins with two pre-conference (free!) bonus sessions!
  • Chamber Master as a Recruitment & Engagement Tool facilitated by Shari Pash, Membership and Growth Strategist
  • New to the Industry - an introduction to running your chamber led by Shelli Williams, President of ICEA (Indiana Chamber Executives Association) (If you wish to attend the Chamber Master session, Shelli will be with us throughout the conference and there will be other sessions geared toward new executives

A half day of conference programming will be followed by an evening out on the town.

  • Thursday, November 3: Full day of conference programming; awards dinner at Epiphany Farms
  • Friday, November 4: Half day of conference programming, ending by 11 am.

Registration Fees:

  • Early Bird registration for IACCE members (through October 15, 2022): $325
  • Additional attendees from the same chamber: $285
  • Regular registration for IACCE members (after October 16, 2022): $375
  • Additional attendees from the same chamber: $335
  • Non-members: $425
  • Optional Add-ons:
  • New to the Industry Pre-conference Session: IACCE member and non-members: $0  
  • Tuesday night dinner at Bakery & Pickle $45 (does not include drinks)
  • Donation to IACCE's Silent Auction $25 (donations will be used to purchase items for the silent auction. No wine/beer pull will be offered this year.)

Registration includes conference sessions, meals, breaks, and conference reception.

IACCE reserves the right to make real-time changes to conference content and offerings as it deems necessary, and in such situations no refunds, partial refunds or alternative offers shall be made outside of the stated cancellation policy listed above.


Hotel Information:

Book your hotel at Bloomington-Normal Marriott Hotel and Conference Center at our group rate of $133/night.

The hotel block closes on October 11, 2022. Parking in the attached garage is included in the guest room rate. Valet parking is available at $20/day.

Cancellations:

Should you need to cancel your registration, please email Lisa at lisa@iacce.org. Please note the following:

  • If your cancellation is submitted before October 15, 2022, IACCE will refund the full registration fee less a $50 processing fee. 
  • If the cancellation request is submitted on or after October 16, 2022, IACCE will refund 50% of the registration fee less a $50 processing fee. 
  • No refunds will be issued after October 21, 2022.

IACCE Fall Conference COVID Policy:

The safety of our conference attendees, partners and IACCE team is very important to us. We will continue to monitor CDC and local guidelines regarding COVID-19, and our safety protocols will follow those guidelines. IACCE will follow local, state and national mask mandates at the time of the conference.


IACCE has the right to adjust this policy should the situation with COVID change significantly before the start of the conference. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we aim to minimize the risks to the health and safety of our members.
